WE ARE PROHIBITED FROM SHIPPING APPLES TO ARIZONA AND CALIFORNIA
We ship the following hand picked, hand selected, extra fancy Apple varieties :
Cortland..sweet with a hint of tartness. Good to eat and cook. (Note: We do NOT ship this variety after October 25th)
Crispin..great eating and cooking. A cross between Golden Delicious & Japanese Indo. Taste is close to Golden but not quite as sweet.
Red Delicious..great eating apple. Sweetest of all the apples and very juicy - - not like those from the State of Washington.
Empire..good eating and cooking. A sweet tart apple. A cross between Red Delicious and MacIntosh developed here in NewYork State, hence the name Empire.
Fuji..good for eating and cooking; very sweet and jucy. Very crisp with red and cream color finish. Good for sauce. Apple sauce needs little or no sugar. This Japanese apple has American parents, Red Delicious and Ralls Janet.
Gala.. mild sweet flavor, jucy and crisp. Excellent for eating and salads. (We do NOT ship this variety after October 25th) .
Ida Red..the tartest of our apples..good eating and cooking. A cross between Jonathan and Wagner. It's a good keeper in the refrigerator.
Macoun..best for eating. A cross between MacIntosh and the Jersey Black Twig. (We do NOT ship this variety after October 25th) .
MacIntosh..sweet with a tart tang, very juicy. Good for eating, sauce, salads, and pies.
Orchard Select.. Goold Orchards will choose the best variety of the season for your order.
Mixed..When you select the Mixed variety, you may wish to specify your choice of two Apple varieties on the order form. ($ 2.00 additional). If no choice is indicated, Goold Orchards will select 2 varieties for your order

We ship within the continental US to Street Addresses only
Ground shipping and handling charges will range from $11.95 to $30.95 (only available East of the Mississippi)
Priority Select shipping and handling charges will range from $21.95 to $84.95
Shipping and handling charges per gift pack will be added depending on destination and the total pounds shipped
for delivery within the continental United States.
We usually ship within 7 days of a confirmed order.

We use United Parcel Service (UPS) for shipping apples. Their service is fast, efficient, and right to the door. All shipments are prepaid, UPS does not protect apples from freezing; therefore, we may change shipments to avoid periods of cold weather. We will use the best quality apples, and special packaging to avoid damage to the produce. Minor bruising may occasionally occur. In the event of pilfering, or damage, please accept the shipment, then notify UPS of your loss in dollars and cents. Recipient should have "damaged" indicated by the UPS driver. You have a 30 Day Claim Period for damaged products.
